“Bought a taylormade sim 3 wood through this store. Unfortunately it needed to go back due to factory defects and there was some issues that dragged on longer than it should have when it came to getting the club back to me. The store was initially unaware of the club's whereabouts until I inquired about it a couple months later. These guys (Darren and Connor I believe) went out of their way to make it right when I mentioned I'll be playing a tournament this coming weekend and replaced my 3 wood from their own stock when they could have just said sorry you have to wait for taylormade to ship us the replacement. Thank you and those involved for getting me back to a full bag of clubs in time for the weekend. Awesome customer service and their Northern Spirit wedges/putters are definitely worth looking at.”

“Amazing service. I broke my rod tip on my Okuma SST and called to see if they had a replacement to buy. They told me they didn’t have it in stock but that the rod was covered under warranty so they took my info and said they’d mail it whenever they got extras.Today I came home to an extra rod tip mailed from Rocky’s tackle, no charge. Great surprise and it genuinely made my day and told my fishing buddies to put your shop on their radar in case they needed any repairs or inquiries. Thank you, folks at Rocky’s Tackle Services!”
