Clerk would not honour CAA Plus and the guy is a real attitude. Vote with my dollars and shop elsewhere! Costco wins again.

When trying to pay at the pumps at this location with a Shell Fleet card and Airmiles, is the biggest waste of time. Sometimes their pay at the pumps will work with the cards and mostly it will NOT. The card reader will hold your card, lock it in and then the machine resets because it won’t do the functions it is supposed to do. Then once several minutes are wasted trying to use the cards and eventually the tank is filled, more time wasted to go in to the store and pay. Reported several times to the people behind the counter and nothing is done.It is becoming a waste of time to hold and use a Shell Fleet card. They also do not honour the CAA discount. This location is about not doing any extra work to service the client and not honouring discounts.

Clerk would not honor the CAA membership 3 cent per liter discount partnership that all Shell locations are supposed to. Just because it is a Circle K convenience bar is no excuse!! I will be filing a complaint with both CAA and Shell corporate. Circle K - If you aren't going to honor Shell procedures then LOSE THE SHELL BRAND!!

For the first time in my life I encountered Reverse Discrimination at this Gas Station, I am white. My husband and I are seniors, we deliver papers in the area. At our age, when you have to go the bathroom, it is sometimes without warning, and immediate. We used this gas station to relieve ourselves, because it was close. We bought cigarettes, drinks, and candy on occasions also. The 'Guy in Charge' tall brown skin, black hair, and full beard, good looking fellow, I have no idea what his nationality or race is, didn't matter to me. However, he decided that we should not come to his property in future, and asked us not to come back. I was shocked, and hurt. I would ask that you BOYCOTT this station in support of seniors. Thanks.
