went in to finance a new phone. stated I didnt want upfront egde. $680 I now owe for "financing" my phone. I understand I should have read the contract not listened to the staff. I was told it was a miscommunication. dont do what Dan did. read the contract. dont listen to the lies.

Brutal service. Called ahead to reserve a handset. Arrived at the door with another customer. I was told to wait 2 seconds. 10 minutes later still standing outside in winter, as I stood with my cane because of my handicap. Rang the doorbell twice. Knocked on the glass window. And tried calling the store. No answer as I could clearly see the employee sitting behind his desk, albeit with same customer when I arrived. GARBAGE SERVICE AND HUMAN DEVENCY!!! DONT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME BECAUSE THEY DONT. Indicative of the service you teceive with the monoplolistic telecoms in Canada!!! Disgusting and shameful.

I had a phone that was FUBAR for 3 months while Virgin and Bell overcharged me and poor internet service from Bell. I walked into rogers and was lucky enough to get Rob the assistant manager, he was FANTASTIC! Helpful, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable, I can’t say enough positive things about him. He got me a great plan that is affordable. My advice is go into a store, you get nowhere on the phone. The technical support was so poor and such a waste of time that I called Rob with my issues and he got my internet up and running over the phone. Rob at Rogers on memorial avenue is the best!!! I would actually give Rob himself 5 stars.

I had worst experience there. Being an international student I'm supposed to get 1000 minute free long distance calling but they didn't add on the feature in my plan when I firstly bought sim from them. And after that i got my bill for more than $600 saying that my credit limit got exceeded. I was unable to make even local calls or using internet (that was so tough as I have to book a cab Or taxi whenever I have night shifts). I visit the store multiple times but nothing happens properly. Still my thing is not solved. M greatly disappointed.

I called for 2 new phone said they have it. Drove 40 minutes, got to the store while I had a smoke told my 10year old daughter to enter the store while I stood outside in the rain. They were extremely rude acted like my kid was going to Rob the store, due to our skin color. She then went to open the door for me. Male employee rushed and closed the door in my face, then proceed to tell me they don't have the phone I drove 40 mins each way for. Racism is alive and still happening. Orrillia Ontario. Be aware; anyone who's not white don't waste your time they will treat you like a criminal!! Do better on your hiring Roger's. Racist white men make you look bad.

I get that it's a security issue, but they basically make you stand outside for sometimes 20+ minutes because they're understaffed most of the time. Also, it took me multiple times to go in there to get a very simple problem dealt with multiple times.

Wasn’t let in upon arrival so scanned the QR to set up a walk in appointment (locked door); waited 45 minutes without a response so called into the store while waiting in the parking lot for the appt. Told me I could just walk in and explained the issue (Apple Watch SE wasn’t pairing properly to Rogers phone). Was told they aren’t able to pair Apple Watches to Rogers phones unless the watch was bought through them- noted that the watches aren’t tied to Rogers and are stock from the box and they said it was a technical issue and that I would have to call in to technical support to get the issue fixed (have called in 3 times over the past week with no success). Requested that the cellular Apple Watch service simply be removed from my plan as I’m paying for something I’m not using, but was told they couldn’t do this for me in store either. For a shop with several employees and not much foot traffic, a waste of time and a frustrating experience all around. Would definitely recommend going to a different Rogers shop if you’re able to

Forced to wait outside for 25 minutes as only one person at a time was allowed into the store. One employee, and lots of angry customers waiting outside.

Wouldnt mind giving negetive rating to this store. They think they are more prone to robbery than a bank or any other store. everyone who wants to enter the store is considered as robber unless proved otherwise. staff is the rudest human one can possibly find on earth. Dont have roduct knowledge dont have process knowledege. do not want to explain anything at all. they are trained thugs to lock you in a contract that you sanely wouldnt accept.

Let them know on the intercom that you’re Aaron Spelling’s nephew, and they might let you in.But seriously, it’s nuts that you have to raise your face to the camera to enter the store. Feels less like a Rogers store and more like a pawn shop. Bad experience.
