The yoke broke in my Ambassadeur Reel.Sent it to Rocky's & was told it would be 4 weeks.Turned out to be almost 2.5 months but I received it back today with 'No Charge' for the repair & they paid the shipping!!!While I missed having my reel for 2 fall trips, Rocky's made it right.ThanksDerek

Rocky’s was recommended to me by a good friend and wether it was a reel or a rod, they have surpassed my expectations! 5 star for customer service, 5 star for every interaction that I’ve had with them. I would definitely recommend them and I only want to buy products that I know they service and support! Just wonderful!

My Ultrex foot peddle had a board go and a cable broke, I left home at 05:30 to be there before they opened and I was and Tyler had it fixed in just over an hour and I went to Lake Couchiching from 9am until 7pm to put it to work and everything worked great and a bonus was I caught Small mouth Largemouth and a bunch of Pike before heading home not bad for a 15 hour trip lol Tight Lines Fishing ?

My friend broke the tip of my brand new Okuma leadcore rod on a fishing trip with his truck door.. I wrote to Okuma and ask if I can only buy the top section. They provided me the contact infos of 4 shops in Canada to help me with the warranty.I told them that I did not expected to have the top section for free as it was not a product defect, but human error. At my surprise, Rockey's Tackle Services Inc just asked for my name and address and in 2 days, the top section was on my porch. Amazing customer service!Thanks to Tammy and Okuma!

I needed a short piece of 8ga marine wire and Tammy returned from the shop a couple minutes later with just what I was looking for! Excellent friendly service and I will be back if I need service on my TM or looking for a decent used one..thanks again Tammy! Definitely recommend..

Tammy fixed me up with a handle for my Quantum reel(which my granddaughter lost overboard)I emailed Quantum in U.S. they told me no parts available! Try Rockeys!! they did, thanks Tammy?

I brought (left) my Ulterra trolling motor in for repair as it had a grinding sound in the motor. I needed it back about a week later and Tammy said that would be no problem. Well, Tyler was able to quickly identify the issue and have the problem resolved within a day or two. This was awesome because my next choice was a competitor that wouldn't be able to see my trolling motor for at least two weeks.I used it flawlessly for a day on the water but when it came to stowing my Ulterra it would not stow in the proper position. I called Rockey's, today, (just before closing) and got ahold of Tammy and she said to give her a call back in the morning to see when I could get an appointment. In the mean time, she must have spoken to Tyler, because not more than 10 minutes later I got a call from Tyler saying this is an easy fix. He walked me through what needed to be done and voila, my trolling motor is fully functional now. Special thanks to Tammy and Tyler for the awesome customer service. I recommend Rockey's to anyone and everyone!Mark

Sending a huge thank you to Tammy and Tyler @ Rockey’s Tackle shop, they were able to get me into the shop very quickly and take care of the wiring issue with my Minkota trolling motor and batteries .
