The staff and operation of this pharmacy is excellent. My mother's medication frequently changed and the staff catered to her needs. Accessibility through the back door, close to the pharmacy is very helpful. Thank you for your excellent service.

Located in downtown Orillia, this Rexall has very good wide aisles. I did not use their pharmacy . Found what I was looking for and staff were helpful to me.

Pharmacy is awful. They try to charge me for prescriptions I have benefits for, then I have to sit here for 1-2 hours waiting for them to sort it out. Absolute joke

About two years ago my boyfriend and I were looking around and was followed around by an employee who assumed we were going to steal maybe it had to do what we were wearing ? Not the greatest store in Orillia.. thank you for making us feel unwelcome. Maybe next time don't assume someone is going to steal .

Don't tell people you can fill a prescription in a half hour, when you can't. People have things to do,along them wait another 20 minutes when they arrive on time is unacceptable. The customers time is valuable, be more respectful!

I'd give it a zero star but that isn't an option. My fully vaccinated daughter came in to buy an emergency supply of a feminine product and the lady at the cash, so sweet btw, asked her if she needed a washroom, considering the urgency of the situation and the distress on my daughter's face. A so-called 'Manager' with absolutely NO decency asked my daughter where she was going and as she explained, proceeded to harass her until my daughter left. To that woman, I say, you have no clue until you have been in her shoes. Good luck with that!

Worst attitude I have ever witness from a cashier and another employee locking you in the store all because you stood up for a senior citizen who was rudely yelled at by the cashier.

New to the area and first time coming in, was grabbing some Advil. Walked in and the anti theft system went off. Immediately I was questioned what stores I came from and if I had purchased anything from somewhere else. No,”hello how’re you?” Just interrogation. Worst experience walking into a rexall ever. I will not be returning. I bought my Advil and left. Terrible lady at the front counter. Very rude and ignorant, seems very prejudice. As an ex pharma plus employee, I’m shocked.

I have dealt with pharma plus for quite a long time and I have never had any problems. the staff are great and very helpful. the pharmacist is very helpful and knowledgeable and Karen and Dave that deliver my meds are just wonderful people. I really appreciate everything they do for me.
