Pennzoil was recommended to me by my neighbours when I moved to the area. I am always happy with their service and have heard the same feedback from other customers while waiting for an oil change. Melissa and Logan provide excellent customer service.

Fast, efficient and reasonable. Then a couple of days later I noticed a huge pool of oil on my concrete driveway. I checked the plug and it was loose and leaking oil. I phoned and they came to my home 175kms away. Cleaned my driveway, topped up the oil. All dost most cheerfully and to my satisfaction. "Stuff" happens but the true colour of a company shines through when an error is made. Thanks for looking after a potentially nasty situation when I could not drive the vehicle. Great company to deal with.Thanks

went to Pennzoil orillia for the first time on Friday.I use to live in west ridge so Mr lube was close and I always just went there because of the convenience, but having a mini Cooper countryman they never seemed to be consistent with the oil or filter I need , air filters I need. They always have to order it and I’d have to come back.I called Pennzoil and Melissa was so nice on the phone told me they had the filter and oil.The manager her husband actually drive to parts source in west ridge while I drive from west ridge to Pennzoil he went to parts source ( beside mr lube ) to buy the filter and put it in my car. Went out of his way to make sure my service was done.Now that I live closer to Pennzoil I’ll definitely be going there for now on & the amazing service really going out of their way.Thank you

I have been coming to this place since 2014 on a monthly basis.After my last visit I was charged over $300As oppose to my regular $125.68This was for an air filter and oil change.Additionally wanted to charge 600 for a diff service and also another fee for transmission flush. At that point I was done listening and do not remember how much they wanted for that. On 2022 SilveradoTook my truck to my mechanic and was advised this is not the caseIf I listened to them I would have been out 900+.All the guys that use to be here are over at great Canadian by Costco go there and save the headache

I took reluctantly took my car for an oil change last week. My appointment went from a simple oil change at $70 to $300. I was told I needed a new air filter and a coolant flush. I was wary of being upsold so I asked how they would know I needed a coolant flush and was shown a litmus paper with a colour that wasn’t ideal according to their chart. After spending a small fortune, I asked my dad ( who a great deal of knowledge in cars) if I was duped and he said absolutely. I had had no trouble with my coolant prior, my car wasn’t overheating or running hot and I wasn’t leaking fluid. He also pointed out that coolant comes in all kinds of colours so that can skew the “litmus test”.This is the second time I have been upsold. On a previous visit, I was told I needed synthetic oil because I was burning oil and there was condensation on the exhaust and that it happens a lot and could google it if I didn’t believe it. Again, after paying an arm and a leg, I asked my dad and his response “it’s 85 degrees out and July, all cars have condensation because it’s hot. You don’t need synthetic oil”.It’s infuriating to take your car in for simple maintenance and be taken advantage of. I will not be back.

Avoid! Mr. Lube is way faster, better service. And Cheaper! Service with these kids is terrible! Can't even print your receipt!!!? Brutal!

My father, my mother and I have all taken our cars here over the last month and are beyond happy with the work done on the vehicles and friendly customer service. Upon bringing my car in for the last oil change I was suspecting my car maybe was burning or leaking oil. I met the shop manager Tony who was able to quickly tell me exactly what appeared to be the issue, the likely cause and solution. As a Tradesman myself it’s nice knowing knowledgeable people are working on my vehicle. The entire crew at this location is great and I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. Great experience, thank you for the professionalism.

Enjoyed going there until yesterday. It appears that there are new owners and they’re money hungry. While I was in the waiting area, I got called back into the shop and told my transmission fluid needs to be changed. I was also told my power steering fluid was in need of replacing. My transmission is a sealed unit, so you can’t change it - curious as to how they were going to change it.The young lady in the waiting area with me was told her deferential fluid needs to be changed. The next person after that was told he had to have something done to his vehicle. I’ve been going there for about 10 years and never saw so many upsells in 20 minutes.When I see something like this, it raises a red flag - I’ve seen this before, and I’m not falling for it. I’ll find another oil changer.
