I took this as being a jewellery store, given the name on the outside. It appears to be more of an arts and craft store, and very little jewellery. The rings and watches all appear to be used, displayed in the oldest show cases ever. Very disorganized store. The two older women working (standing) in there, weren't the least bit friendly.

My daughter had to get an appraisal done for her engagement ring. I called a jewelry store in Orillia 2 weeks ago and NO response. I then called P.D. Murphy Jewellers in Orillia and received a response immediately, A very kind saleslady provided us exactly what was to be done. AMAZING. We went in that day and the entire appraisal took less than 2 weeks. Mr. Murphy spoke with us about the entire process. All was PROFESSIONAL! P.D. Jewellers sells estate jewelry as well as many other jewelry and some real fascinating items. I would highly recommend P.D. Jewellers.

Quickly and gently cut my engagement ring off after my finger had been injured and swelled up like a balloon. After my finger was back to its normal size, they resized and shaped my ring and had it back to me looking like it was brand new again. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great place to get alterations made to jewellery, if they can't do it they can send it away to be done. Good at keeping the communication lines open.

I cannot say enough about John and his staff. This business has clearly established itself on the values of honesty, integrity, professionalism and customer satisfaction. I have taken several items for repair and/or restoration and have had John speak to me personally and provide amazing advice even though it may have cost him the opportunity to make a profit. He and his staff are super courteous and provide a customer service that is second to none. It’s impressive to see , yet hard to believe, a small business like this can operate at such a high level of excellence after everything all of our small businesses, proprietors and employees have gone through over the past few years. I cannot recommend this business enough. I went once to get a necklace fixed (it got caught on my sweater and the chain broke), they fixed it within a few days and it was some of the best customer service ever. I went back today to get a clasp on another necklace fixed and they fixed it on the spot, within minutes. Their pricing is more than fair (they honestly could charge more for their work!) and the people who work there are always so friendly. Highly, highly recommend.

Always get staff, beautiful items for collection Royal Dalton Dolls, Victoria's Figurines among other high quality artisans work in all different media paintings to Diamond rings for that special occasion. They also do in store repairs for a lot of items and watches.

What an amazing store. They bought my old rings and I picked out a new set. Turned out I was not happy with it. I went back, hesitantly, to ask if I could exchange them. They could not have been more helpful. She sat with me for an hour and a half, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. The customer service is exceptional. Thank you so much.
