I had Mark and Joe help me with my DNS settings and MX records for my email accounts. He was very prompt with his answers and very knowledged and helped me out to the best I could ask. All 7 email accounts are up and running thank you Mark and Joe.

They've increased their prices, but not their service. They have hosted three of our websites for years but when we call to make updates they pass the buck. Our account rep never returns calls and they NEVER update the security on our websites. UGH!

My computer was acting up and I didn't know why. It was incredibly slow, would turn off randomly and it was just hard to work with. Mark and his team were able to quickly fix it up and when I got it back it was working perfectly. Incredibly fast and efficient service. I would recommend any business that has IT issues to call Mark as he can definitely figure out the best solution for you.
