“I had a phone that was FUBAR for 3 months while Virgin and Bell overcharged me and poor internet service from Bell. I walked into rogers and was lucky enough to get Rob the assistant manager, he was FANTASTIC! Helpful, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable, I can’t say enough positive things about him. He got me a great plan that is affordable. My advice is go into a store, you get nowhere on the phone. The technical support was so poor and such a waste of time that I called Rob with my issues and he got my internet up and running over the phone. Rob at Rogers on memorial avenue is the best!!! I would actually give Rob himself 5 stars.”
