First point of contact was the rude, unfriendly receptionist! She should not be allowed to represent your company. I didn’t even get to drive any vehicles, I looked inside one vehicle and was hoping to be shown many more. I was extremely disappointed and do not recomend, especially if your out of town, it’s not worth the drive.

Good service. Bought a used gmc 1500 from Dilan Lee sales representative. He was great to deal with very responsive over the phone and great to deal with in person.

Got wheel alignment it was off right away. They had to “ write down my specs because the computer wouldn’t print them out” got scammed.

I recently purchased a 2023 Colorado Trail Boss that was delayed due to logistical issues. Cameron Kirkland was my sales associate and through the whole process he was phenomenal. Cam took the the time to answer all of my questions, he kept me updated throughout the entire process and if he didn’t have answers for me right away he went and got them. I would highly recommend this dealership and Cam when purchasing a vehicle.

Had winter tires changed in early November. Agreed to have front break pads, callipers and rotors replaced after being informed that they should to be changed when putting winter tires on (no other issues were mentioned, especially ones that would result in a failed safety inspection)Car was taken back again for a safety check in December. Was told the lug nuts were swollen and that it was unsafe to drive as well as the callipers needing to be replaced on the rear wheels. There was no mention of any issue with the lug nuts or callipers a month a go when I had the breaks changed and winter tires put on. So quite confused as to why they allowed me to leave with unsafe tires in November with no mention of these issue but now all of a sudden there are major issues with the tires/callipers they just inspected a month ago.

Every experience here has been terrible. I sold the vehicle to myself. Salesman couldn't answer any of my questions. And made condescending remarks. Customer service is terrible. They told me to come pick up my car then it wasnt ready for hours. They told me items were covered under warranty and then charged me. And then said if I had of held off getting the service it would have been covered. AFTER it's done and therefore I can't hold off. They sold me a truck that didn't work then charged me $240 to fix it. Zero transparency. If I could have rated less than 1 star I would have.

If I could review this as a 0 I would, last year I was told I had to replace brake pads even though they were replaced the previous spring and had at best 6000 kms on them and took 0 responsibility and did nothing to fix the situation even after I asked for follow up never received even a phone call. This year I randomly had dents on 2 rims on my winter tires. I go to Jim Wilson out of convenience and loyalty as I bought my car there but I will never go back. They are crooks looking to make a quick buck from anybody unknowing about their vehicles.
