Great experience getting taxes done professionally, great staff, thank you to a very knowledgeable and kind lady named Dorothy who was the employee looking after my file. I did read some of the other reviews and am surprised to see all these one stars and bad experiences people say they've had. I had none of that myself. Also would like to mention that card system is no longer in place one review referred to.

Dorothy was incredible, she was two steps ahead the entire appointment. She provided me with some great advice for this years taxes as I start my small business. Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given. Thank you Dorothy!

Terrible! I was shorted like $700 or more dollars with your service of doing my taxes with you and now have got a investigation with Revinew of Canada on your location in orilla Ontario as you are just a absolute joke and will never useYou again

I booked an appointment and when I showed up they said there system was down so they rescheduled. When I showed up for the new appointment I left after half an hour and the guy still wasn't ready for me

If I could give NO stars I would. My husband got his taxes done w these guys and they have the card. He’s had nothing but problems. Letter sent saying they put money into his bank account YET he hasn’t seen it. He’s called and the woman working at H & R block even complained about these stupid cards cause they’ve had nothing but problems. I’m going to assume that H & R gets some sort of kick back for using those cards. He’s not the only person that has had problems with these cards either. FIX THE PROBLEM!!! Or don’t use the cards end of story ??♀️?

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!They told my boyfriend that he was getting 3K refund on Saturday! He was there ALLL DAY! The lady said because of the wait he would get a discount but we have to wait till Sunday when the manager is in. On Sunday the manager called and told him he was no longer getting 3K and he cannot have a discount! When we told her that the woman yesterday told us he could have a refund she said “well she doesn’t have the authority to do that” and gave us NO refund! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES HERE

I submitted my taxes over 3 weeks ago, was told my file would be looked into, never heard a thing about it, I phoned and was not even apologized to. So now my taxes are likely going to be filed late. Very unprofessional and will never recommend this branch again.

If I could put negative stars I would .Completely unprofessional staff . Took two weeks for someone there to get my name right . After a few of them telling me over the phone I shouldn’t have so many names and laughing and snickering at me saying my real name over the phone . In different encounters on the phone . Finally one lady today told me she would actually work on my file she told me she would call me and leave a voicemail telling me it was ready . She called when I was working so I couldn’t answer . … no voicemail left . So I called back only for a girl to tell me she couldn’t find my file and that my name wasn’t in her system.Finally I had to explain to her I was just dealing with someone from her office and that it has to be there , I hung up after so many attempts with this lady. She called me back after a few moments to tel me she found my file ! And it was ready to be picked up.I drove on a horrible weather day to Orillia from Barrie my work only for (Rachel) the clerk to tell me she could only give me my T4s back that is all she could do . She could explain anything else .I have been with H&R block for 4/5 years now this was the first time going to this office.. never again
