After an unpleasant experience I had earlier October with an associate of the salon, I was very pleased to have the Manager "Stefanie" reach out to me to correct my issue.
She scheduled me to come in to the Westridge location in Orillia.
Not only did she clear her whole schedule, this beautiful dedicated person did everything to correct what should have been done in the first place.
I am beyond thrilled with the impeccable transformation Stefanie performed on me. If you are in need of any hairstyle change/cut, toner/color etc I highly recommend "Stefanie" at FCH Westridge Plaza Orillia. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ CLP

Hair type: My hair is Natural Black it was near waste length before the first associate cut off way more than a trim (to my shoulders) However my appearance has changed for the better with the expertise of Manager Stefanie.

Apatantly we don't use the blue disinfecting liquid for combs anymore. Had a haircut with combs and clipper combs still contaminated with hair and my scalp hasn't stopped itching since, never had an issue until now, won't be back.

I have Denise do my hair colour, highlights and cut. Great service! She does an amazing job. She is the best hairstylist that has done my hair ever. BUT getting an appointment is challenging sometimes. When you call you get a recording that you should be able to leave a vm on. But the mail box is always full. So I phone for days until I get thru to a person...funny it is usually Denise that answers. This is very frustrating and I think this is the only downfall to the experience of deal with this First Choice Haircutters franchise.

Extremely upset and disappointed went for a haircut just before my trip and the stylist cut my hair badly she cut my bangs so short I’ve never had my bangs this short I look like a 5 year old. She said oh those will grow out. Sure but what about the pictures from my trip those are forever and she cut one side shorter than the other. My daughter asked me how much I paid to get this done to me she said with no experience she could have done better. I will be looking for another place to get my haircut. You just lost 3 customers me and both my daughters

Amazing experience my daughter is autistic and doesn’t sit still well for anyone. We came in and my daughter took to Denise she sit well for her and absolutely loves Denise. We return as often as my daughter needs her hair done. Today Denise had my daughter singing dancing and just laughing away. Highly recommend Denise she is amazing!
