The ladies got me in last minute for a colour and cut. They did exactly what I wanted and it looks amazing! I am so thrilled ! they were so calm, comforting, even though they were understaffed and had 1 trillion walk-ins.

Becoming fed up with asking for one thing and getting another. I should’ve asked the lady to stop all together and to just shave me head cause she ruined the job. Super super disappointed they can never retain the people that are good at their jobs.

*Catherine*I was having an awful morning. Well an awful few months to be completely honest. I hadnt had a hair cut in a long time. I'm always busy getting the kids hair cuts and doing their hair that mine is usually neglected or thrown up in a bun and forgotten about.So this AM I came into Orillia for like 9 to hit the bank. After that I thought I'd see if I could get in for a quick trim. Nothing crazy. Just a tidy up. Make a girl feel better about herself cut. Ya kno?!I waited for the next stylist avail. When I booked online I just picked that option as I had no idea who was good and who wasn't there.Thank God it was Catherine who called my name. I watched her work on the client before me. She was super friendly and I could tell she really enjoyed her job.Catherine honey, your talent is going to waste at this small salon. You need to be at a busy salon that allows you more time with your client. You're a SUPERSTAR!Catherine was polite, professional and super easy to deal with. She listened to what I wanted and gave her professional advice. You could tell when she was stroking your hair that she loved what she did. The love of hair styling seaped from her pores. She made me feel super good about my hair. I left feeling like I got more then just a hair cut. Was alot like a great convo with an old friend. She was amazing and I walked out super impressed with the outcome. Wish I had more time with Catherine. I would recommend her to anyone male or female. The client before me was a man. He seemed just as happy as me during and after his appt. The hair industry needs more stylists like Catherine. I will be back. Keep up the great work Lady. You made my day, my week even my month! Thank you!

Saturday dec 29 i call 3:30 to ask for a cut and that I lived 30 minutes away. They said no problem. I arrived as soon as I can 4:08. As i came in they told me that they couldnt take me. . And with Attitude and said they were busy and blew me off. Great Profession and great attitude. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. I never going again
