I never used to like the Dollar Tree in town always thought it was messy and unorganized. They really stepped up their game! Lots of different things you can find no matter how old you are

I think highly of this store. However tonight was strange. No prices on anything, at least where I was shopping. I guess I will need to tone up on my psychic skills. (Haggle?) ?

Giving two stars because the staff did all they could, but had NO authority to correct a mistake made by Dollar Tree. 9am or so a very elderly couple brings in their receipt; Dollar Tree had mistakenly charged them $18 instead of $8…staff asked this very old couple to come back later…nothing they could do until a manager arrived after 5pm. Staff felt bad about it, but not as bad as this couple with mobility issues. For shame Dollar Tree…give your staff the authority to fix small mistakes, especially if YOU made them.

This is the worst dollar Tree I've ever shopped at. Horrible staff they look miserable. The store is filth.... disgusting. Cleanliness zero. Selection is poor. Shelves bare. I will go across town to the west ridge store.

Will not return to this store after today's experience. They had a box of assorted paper in the craft area marked 5 for $1.25 and when I tried to cash out the cashier said they are 1.25 each. She requested a price check and the guy that was to assist said nope they don't sell things like that there. I offered to show him the sign and he reluctantly came with me. When I showed him the box he said it was wrong and tore down the sign. He went to the back to consult the mor... only to say it was wrong. I asked to speak with the mor. She finally came from the office only to be rude and say that everything is now 1.50... I stated that the sign was clearly posted... she said fine this time only but it would be 1.50 not the 1.25.... she left and the cashier rang it through for me very irritated however it came up as 1.25 and she finally gave it to me for that.

One cashier working...11 people lined up, no other customer service person to be found on the floor. Gave up trying to find a lint roller. Took the poor guy 14 minutes to finally call for "back up to cash". 22 minutes from line up to out. Not the best time to shop I guess ??♀️

When you call to ask hours. They answer you say thanks I'll see you soon and goodbye and she just hangs up. I'm not even going there now. During times like these exceptional customer service is top priority as no one's "feeling it" these days. As much as people don't want to work, people also don't want to shop. The reason I'm writing this is because this is now twice in a week where the cashier or store clerk has been either snarky , short or plain rude in other words. Just as a suggestion I would work on moral. People don't want to shop where people aren't friendly and courteous.

A disabled customer was having difficulty getting out the door during to the 90 degree turn.Once he left, the cashier complained "Oh my gosh, it's like bringing your car into the store".That's a disgusting thing to say. If he could shop without his mobility device, he would.

Be very careful when shopping here, the staff do not enforce COVID-19 Health regulations, they allow people in without masks on a regular basis. Even if you inform the staff no action is taken. This is now Oct 30th and again I enter into this store only to find that someone is NOT wearing a mask. They have a sign clearly stating that no one can enter without a face covering.I inform the staff only to be told that they cannot enforce wearing a mask policy and cannot refuse entry and/or service. Well here's a remark from Premiere Ford and a little law to bring Dollar Tree UTD.“Any business has the right to refuse anyone. That’s their business,” Ford said on a teleconference last week. “I highly highly encourage that people put on a face shield.”Under the Health and Safety Act. 'health and safety legislation under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, which says companies have an obligation to protect its employees from all reasonable or foreseeable risks of harm. Now if the individual who doesn't want to wear a mask while in a retail store and is refused service/entry from a retailer for not wearing a mask, then that individual can pursue a legal remedy. How far they will get remains to be seen. However though, Public Safety comes 1st along with the employees of the retailer, the individual who doesn't want to wear a mask comes 2nd.

Love dollar tree, Hate Carol. When I was shopping (Sunday May 31st) she was speaking to her cashier and calling a previous customer a cu*t and a b!*ch and not being quiet about it, the cashier looked very uncomfortable and did not say much during the conversation Carol was basically ranting at her. Very unprofessional and immature I felt bad for the cashier. I can only imagine how Carol is with customers, thankfully I only interacted with the cashier who was wonderful I wish I could remember her name to credit her. I will be going back again, but not when Carol is working, if I see her I will be walking out every time.
