I was there twice . Once for an oil change and another time for changing my tires. Both time , their customer service were very professional, and they explained the services that were being offered to me.

Absolutely terrible. The service was rude and disrespectful. The Problem was misdiagnosed and then later easily solved by a handyman for a few bucks. They offered no options other than another massive cash grab to benefit their bottom line. STAY FAR AWAY. I have driven 7 Hondas over 25 years and never once complained about their service. This was
my first attempt at giving my business to Dalt’s Honda. The level
of rudeness and disrespect is inexcusable. Curtis should learn about customer courtesy.

If you want someone to call you back, or answer any general questions, don’t call Dalts! If you are looking for Bruce- to finish off any details of a transaction please don’t bother- I had to go to a London dealership (Westgate- they are amazing!!!) only deal with Dalts if you have money they want! Just stay away!! Trust me! Stay away!

I knew exactly what I wanted, and Curtis got me the best price while being professional and very responsive.
I don’t plan on buying another car for awhile but if I did, I know where I’d go!

We recently purchased our 2nd vehicle from Dalts, this time a Honda CRV Hybrid
John Musicco the sales person was outstanding!! He was very open and honest throughout the entire process and worked hard to get us the best deal.
We sent John an email late one evening with the expectation that he would get back to us the following morning. We received a reply within 20 minutes with all of the information we had requested.
John is very customer focused, responsive and extremely knowledgeable . As he said many times ‘ it’s easy when you love the product’!!
If you are looking for a Honda I would highly recommend John.
Bruce Bennett, a key member of the Dalt’s team looked after all the necessary admin/ paperwork ensuring a smooth delivery of our new vehicle. He explained additional warranty options with no pressure to purchase.
Overall our experience at Dalts was amazing. Many thanks John and Bruce.

I am very please with the service department- they helped me navigate my warranty and the repairs my car needed. I feel they were honest and very helpful.
The only reason the was not a 5 star is because of the service I received with the first contact that answers the phone on the weekends - I didn’t get his name but he was not polite (cut me off while I was speaking multiple times), he was not pleasant to speak with & truly seemed to not even care. He was clearly rushing to get me off the phone and didn’t even listen to me - transferred me through to “Curtis in service” voicemail while I was mid sentence!! I did need to go to that voicemail as it was a weekend but my goodness you could still treat me with courtesy and let me finish speaking. I’m thankful the staff in the service department are kind and courteous!

Recently bought a car from John Musicco at Dalt’s Honda and it was the best experience. His service has been amazing and John made me feel so welcomed and comfortable during the entire process from start to finish. He always views things in the customer’s perspective and therefore provides the most ideal option for both long-term durability as well as customer satisfaction. I highly recommend going to John Musicco if you are in need of purchasing a car. He’ll figure everything out for you and take care of you in the best way!

We have purchased from Dalt’s a number of times with the guidance and advice of John Musicco. John’s attention to detail and ability to respond to our needs was outstanding. Indeed the support team are also courteous and efficient. John even picked us up to take delivery and gave a thorough explanation of procedures and features of our new Honda making sure we were ready for the road. Such service is rare today and we would recommend John to anyone looking to buy a Honda from Dalt’s.

Last week I bought my car from Dalt’s Honda, it was a great experience. I approached John Mussico, with my requirements, he helped me through the process of selecting right car for me. He was very patient and comforting when I had second through on purchasing the due to financial matters. On delivery day he spend time to explain each features and operations, which I never got on previous car purchases. The whole team’s customer service is great. I have a 2021 CRV which I actually purchased from Huntsville Honda, but had heard great things about this dealership turns out I was very wrong. Service department is an absolute joke. Had the seat repaired due to it being loose from the factory for some reason. The technician that “fixed it” put the seat back together wrong - lumbar support in backwards, side panel falling off and was apparently not torqued to spec. Which is a pretty big safety concern.Fast forward a few weeks later after I have brought it back to them for it to be “repaired” again they told me the technician who worked on it previously had been fired due to poor workmanship practices. So after I picked it up from its “repairs” everything fine for quite some time but I typically don’t drive the car because it belongs to my wife. I once again noticed the side of the seat is falling off in which case i called the new service manager - Curtis who took it in to once again “repair” it and said there was nothing wrong the clips just came loose! So no problem that sounds fair. After I picked up the car it looked fine once again after about two weeks (estimate) once again the side panel was falling off. this time I took a closer look and almost all of the clips are broken on the panel so not only did the technician lie they also took no action to get to the bottom of this conundrum.So this morning I called Curtis and explained to him what’s going on and his reply was that this issue was no longer their problem it was now “wear and tear” that caused the seat clips to be broken now telling that to someone who works in an auto body shop doesn’t fly as we take parts like this off all of the time and they are susceptible to breakage so hopefully this review prevents someone from making the mistake I did by bringing my car to this dealership.
