0 stars for being unable to cancel my auto renew membership online. I live 1 1/2 hours away, I need to drive there to cancel my membership since auto renew charged me for another year a month before my old membership is up. No online way to do this in 2024?

Crazy busy place. Not only are there lineups just to get a shopping cart or for the free samples, try getting in line to checkout. Halfway down to the meat counter.

Brand new store, layed out in familiar Costco fashion. Easy to get to from Hwy 11, and not as busy as the Barrie location!

Costco Orillia , I had two employees help me with the loading of a too large for my back seat TV. They both worked to remove TV from the box in the rain and ensure it got safely place securely before leaving.
Thank you to these two above and beyond gentlemen.

Lots of parking and many wheelchair spots. Gas station but you must be patient for fuel. $1.50 hot dogs and slices at the Food Court. It is a full sized Costco with lots of staff to help you and keeping the shelves stocked. The meat and seafood is a standout at this location. The bakery is fantastic but the price point seems a tad bit off in comparison to other offerings. The seasonal items are cool and pretty good stock. I'm not sure about the pricing on the household electronics and appliances, you need to watch those for special deals. The cellphone offerings are off the beaten track and could provide big savings to some phone users, an over-looked part of the business imo. The pharmacy has great pricing and stock levels on many items. This store is well lit, clean and organized.

I was 1.5 hours away from home, discovered I had a punctured tire. I stopped in the Orillia Costco on a very busy Saturday. Dustin M managed to fit me in and get me back on the road safely as quick as possible. I really appreciate the efficient, friendly, caring service I received from Dustin and the crew fixing my tire. Thank you!
