A couple days ago while working in Orillia, our 2017 VW Golf TSI (Manual) was working perfectly fine, after turning the car off and back on again the battery blew.
My husband walked to CMF Auto and asked if they would be able to take a look at our car. They were extremely helpful and had no issues with fitting us in last minute, keep in mind they were closing roughly 2 hours after we brought the car in.
Before closing they had diagnosed the Battery issue, got a new battery and installed it in our VW.
CMF Auto is hands down the best shop we’ve experienced! Fair pricing not only for the battery cost itself but also for their walk in rate and labour rate as well.
Extremely polite, excellent customer service and very honest!
We won’t be using any other shop moving forward!
We will not only be bringing our VW back but also our 1964 Mustang for repairs!
Thank you again for your honesty and hard work!
Also a huge shout out for being able to drive manual, we’ve had HUGE issues being able to find a shop with mechanics that can drive manual.

Asked for an appointment last minute for an oil change, and they opened a spot for me. A very handsome, polite, young man worked on my truck and then spotted it by the office door for my convenience. ?

I can't say enough amazing things about the phenomenal service at CMF Auto. The staff are great and the service is efficient and the guys take the time to explain everything!!
Highly recommend!!!
My vehicle was in need of LOTS of work and they were fabulous, I won't take my vehicle anywhere else.

CMF is the best shop around!!
We have been going there for so long, that they feel like family. They always greet us with a friendly smile and you can tell right away that everyone is happy to be working there.
Jason, Harrison and everyone else there is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very honest.
My wife drives a lot therefore puts tons of KMs on our Jeep which is the family vehicle. Jason suggested to my wife to start coming in at 10,000KM for an oil change to help the Jeep last longer.
Jason as well as Harrison is very honest ( in a kind way) when you ask them a question. They understand what you’re talking about when you explain the sounds your vehicle is making. They evaluate it in a timely manner, call you to discuss, they explain, and make sure you understand, answer any of your questions, you then give the go ahead before they start fixing it. They work great as a team and will fix your vehicle in a timely fashion because of that! Plus; they do not want to waste your money!
CMF will not disappoint you, and will always be the only shop we use!!
Definitely a 10/10!!

Jason and his staff are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond any other shop that I have been to and I will definitely be coming back here. I went to CMF auto LTD looking for another opinion on my Ford flex Limited. For the past year, I have had nothing but problems with the back end of this car. The rear tires were constantly wearing out on the inside and then blowing out while I was driving it. In 12 months, I had gone through four sets of tires. I had gone to multiple shops where they all charged me thousands of dollars to replace parts such as the control arms, sway bars and links, wheel bearings, ball joints, tie rods, and multiple wheel alignments. Only for it to do it again and again. I was incredibly frustrated and then a friend of mine recommended this shop. And I have to say that It was the best decision I have ever made. They went Over my entire car and wrote down absolutely everything that was wrong with it. Then they called me in to the shop. I was expecting them to give me a huge estimate of all the parts that I needed for the car but instead they let me know that I shouldn’t be sinking any more money into this vehicle. The frame was completely rotten and The inner rockers were separating from the uni body rail. Plus there was a large amount of play in the rear end. Both Rear tires were basically swaying back-and-forth when you pushed on them while it was up on the hoist. I was shocked. Instead of taking thousands of dollars From me and replacing parts over and over like all of the rest of the shops did to me, Jason was extremely honest and Completely straightforward with me. This is a very trustworthy, reliable and knowledgable shop, and I definitely recommend them!!

Jason is always great about trying to fit me in to get my car looked at. He does a great job. He explains things to me so that I understand what my car is going to need and it doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg like some mechanics. I would highly recommend CMF

I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received! I came in with a flat tire and asked if they would be able to put on the spare so I could get home. Jay wanted to ensure I was safe and repaired it right away instead of just putting on the spare. I was charged a fair price and left very happy! Thank you Jay!Service: Tires
