Visited Orillia store earlier today on a weekday. Had a pleasant conversation with Asst Store Mgr. Came back after my appt an hour later (approx. 130 pm). Only 1 customer in store. Wanted to try 3 pairs of boots, sales lady was in a rush, preoccupied with some other work, probably filling store transfers). She was rude, walked away & said someone else could get me what I wanted to try on. ASM came out, she sided with the sales person & said they were really busy???? 1 customer in store???? Lots of shoe stores carry same brands & I can even order direct from Reiker etc with free shipping. Happy to take my business elsewhere. Won't be back.

Great selection of good quality shoes, sandals, and boots both casual and dressy styles in a bright, clean store with ample seating to try on shoes and walk around. Brands include Birkenstock, Clarks, Keen, Rieker, Sorel, New Balance, Merrell and many more. Friendly, attentive and courteous staff. Had a pair of shoes in my size brought in from another location within 24 hours. Highly recommend!

We were in there twice in the last week. Very, very impressed with there customer service! Staff were knowledgeable without being pushy, helpful and friendly. I will be back this summer for running shoes. They actually ordered a pair of shoes in, just for me to try on.

I purchased a pair of Reiker winter boots in December. They were beautiful expensive boots that I only had a chance to wear a few times. I noticed that they were hurting my left foot and discovered that there was a seam in the lining that pushed into my foot. I returned to Becker to show them. Within minutes they were ordering me a new pair. No hasle or hard time. We all know how poor customer service has gotten over the years. Great to see that Becker Shoes does not fall into that category. I would highly recommend Becker and the staff. Great independent store.....support these businesses or they will all be gone. THANKS BECKER!
