Quick service when you have an appointment , but had to wait 4 days to fix a micro stone chip . What happened to the days when all you had to do was drive into a Canadian Tire parking lot and look for the tent ? These guys at Orangeville where top notch , definitely worth the wait ?

Great service! I requested a quote online and they called me immediately. They were quick to help and book my appointment to replace the entire windshield. The service was so fast and I was really impressed. I am thankful for their help and expertise and would recommend their services if you need auto glass repair or replacement. 10/10; 5 stars!!!

Highly recommend Star Auto Glass out of Bolton!! These guys came to my driveway, removed the old and installed the new in less than 10 mins, and they gave me an amazing deal! Linda was amazing too!

The single star is for the gentleman who did the work on my car- he was great. The lack of stars is for the business in itself. Advertised “stone chip repairs for a low $70” and a website that proudly states “no hidden charges”. Yet, after booking to come to my location, I had to drive to the shop in town due to weather. Ok no problem. Service is complete and I find out instead of being charged $70 plus tax, I’m being charged $100 plus tax. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, abruptly telling me “70 if you come to us, 100 if we go to you”. It said that nowhere on the website that I could find, so I questioned her on the phone, as through the conversation over text we had confirming the appointment nothing about that was said. I ended up paying but was feeling quite displeased. I followed up with her through the text conversation we had for booking. I sent her screenshots of the website, and asked her to please clarify where it said “100 if we come to you”, as they proudly boast “same day service” and “we come to you” with, as stated above, “no hidden charges”. She never answered me, only again said “70 in the shop, or 100 if we come to you.” I was very displeased with the customer service and can solidly say I would never recommend this place to anyone, much less return to them for service.Service: Auto windshield repair
