Excellent customer service. Paul was able to help me obtain the products I needed after my dad's surgery in a timely manner and offered advice on alternative products that would be more affordable for a senior on a fixed income. It's nice to speak with pharmacists who actually care about its community members.

They go above and beyond to provide the care needed. Staff is welcoming and happy to help with any questions or concerns. pharmacists really pay attention to medication records, providing information about interactions with other medications and symptom management etc. Everything a pharmacy should be.

What a fantastic experience with Pharmacist Sanjay. Our 4.5 month old baby required a nebulizer and 3 medications which were rather hard to source. Sanjay was able to get us the nebulizer and fill 1 of 3 prescriptions and then called several pharmacies to get us the other two. We came back once we had all 3 prescriptions and Sanjay took the time to demonstrate how to use the nebulizer for our little girl. What a pleasant man and experience... nothing you'd get at a Shopper Drug Mart. Thank you again Sanjay for your knowledge and caring approach!

They have saved us twice now!Once when we needed Tylenol and now when we needed antibiotics for our little one, both times with a prescription from the hospital. No one else could fill it.

This team is my fave!!!!! My 5yr old has epilepsy and they make my life significantly easier for things like travelling with medication and just the everyday needs like her refills. Adore this team!!!!!

Had a wonderful experience here. After a long day at work the pharmacist Sanjay was so very pleasant. He took the time to explain the dosage, provided a tool for administering which the other pharmacy I was going to never did. I felt very welcomed, will be definitely switching pharmacies to Remedy'sRx going forward!

Great at the beginning and clean, but lacks in making sure prescriptions are made properly. Being such a big pharmaceutical plus having a second location in Orangeville I am sadden that my very sick daughter with kidney failure had her prescription made completely wrong by 10 times a higher concentration. I get it we all make mistakes but this mistake should have not been caught so late only because I called for a refill. I was then told by the owner that they now have inplaced more protocols so this shouldn't happen. Why weren't these inplaced before ? We as citizens put our trust in you. We as citizens to our acknowledgement should not have to chase around educators to make sure that our medications are made properly ! This is 100 percent unacceptable!
