Katelyn was amazing and so helpful I Was looking for recommendations on what to place on my dogs food when I had him recently as he wouldn’t eat. Then she was extremely helpful when I was looking for an affordable wet and dry food for my senior cat that has weight and urinary tract issues. I will definitely be shopping here more thanks to her. She is also very pleasant and friendly when just checking you out at cash and always greets people as they enter the store. Thanks Katelyn for all your amazing help and advice.

I was not at all impressed by my dog Stormy hair cut. They charged me almost 200 dollers for her haircut and she looks exactly the same as she did when my husband dropped her off. My husband even showed a picture of the cut we wanted and it wasn't the same. I have brought her two different times and both times we were satisfied, this time for the money and waiting 4 hours was not worth it. We will not go back for grooming at the Orangeville location. I gave 2 star's because she atleast smelled good, but that's pretty much it.

Great location with friendly staff. Animals all look well taken care of as well with a great selection of pet supplies.

I will start by saying the staff at this petsmart are SO lovely! My review is not at all related to the employees, I was a regular here in town but since they’ve doubled the price for the self wash, I can no longer justify the 1-2 visits a week. I could understand if maybe they would upgrade the bathing facility with this increase, but the shampoo and conditioner attachments are almost always empty and the towels they provide are practically rags.

PetSmart offers reasonable prices for high quality products. During my visit to PetSmart, I was not impressed with the staff attitudes and misinformed knowledge of aquatics, as well as their disregard for the wellbeing of their fish. I recommended purchasing bettas from this store, despite their harsh and poor conditions, however would not recommended purchasing any other community tank members: tetras, guppies, glofish.. The first and last time I purchased tetras for my established community tank they came infected with ich (white spot disease), ultimately resulting in most of their deaths before it was caught, and resulted in the entire tank requiring medication. I am lucky that most of my aquatics survived due to the irresponsibility of PetSmart staff, yet I dread the time that this luck does not make itself present.

GROOMING at this location is HORRIBLE! It’s not at all recommended. They have no idea how to groom a dog. I felt awful seeing my beautiful bichon in such a groom.Also, they will find 1000 reasons to turn you away; and please follow their advice.

I had an unpleasant experience with another shopper today at Orangeville PetSmart. A rather ignorant man was allowing his dog to lift his leg and mark (urinate) on everything….dog coats, beds, treats, bags of food etc. I tried to politely bring it to his attention (trying to give him the benefit of the doubt) he then became agitated and quite ugly insisting we get the store manager involved. I thought that was a great idea. Little did I know the store manager did not seem to have a problem with anyone’s dogs coming in and urinating all over the merchandise throughout the store. She said “She did not want to deal with this matter and that the merchandise gets marked down to clearance anyways” and then walked away. So Buyer Beware! You have to wonder if everything on sale or clearance at PetSmart has been Pissed on and that’s why it has been put on sale??? It was quite obvious the store manager had a complete disregard for the patrons in the store and for the sanitary conditions that are kept. Could it be this is PetSmart policy and how they are being trained ?Very Disappointing - Extremely Disgusting. Will definitely not be returning EVER to shop.

Grooming salon scheduling is awful.Almost every time I get phone call to cancel appointment and I need to reschedule because of staff not coming. This happened A LOT!!One time they called me 5 mins before my appointment. I was arriving store.Staff are nice and it’s close to my house so I take my dog there. But I think I should change to another grooming salon. I am working and I try to make time to take for grooming. But almost every time get cancel and need to reschedule is totally not great.

The laziest groomers you will ever meet. Turned my dog away and refused to groom her. She is calm, and does not nip growl or bite. I wanted her shaved but I guess if you have a short hair that needs a bath it’s the perfect place. “Take her to the vet and bring her back” why would I do that.

These guys have terrible management and absolutely do nothing to help out for their own mistakes. They cancelled my dog’s appointment 45 mins before his appointment. I explain to them its 2 days before my wedding and theres nowhere else i can take him they said they’re booked out. My dogs been traumatized to go the groomers after my visit here 2 years ago here and always needs express service because now he gets stressed by the kennels at petsmart but when their groomer changed the new ones are better at dealing with him but now their management is atrocious. Id keep my pets away from this place and you guys need to change your management team around.

Shelves are fully stocked, the dog food I purchase regularly is readily available. Always sales going on and promotions. The staff are always super helpful. Very rarely is there a lineup to pay and the cashiers are extremely friendly.
