I have nothing but good things to say about this place! They're honest and will only do what's best for you and your car. They're friendly and have done amazing work every time I need to take my car in. I've been going here for 6 years and I haven't stopped even though I moved to a different city. I've recommended this place to so many people and will continue to do so!

I had an incredible experience at North Peel Auto, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Kevin and his team went above and beyond to ensure that my car troubles were resolved!From the moment I stepped into the shop, I was greeted by Kat who was extremely friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns and got my vehicle in right away!Kevin, in particular, displayed exceptional customer service. He was attentive, honest, and genuinely cared about the well-being of my car. He explained the repairs in detail, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Mom took her SUV here to get the winter tires on late Nov. They were recommended by someone who went there for years. They were super busy. The invoice indicated most fluids were checked and that impressed her. But about a week or 2 later, I started seeing a yellow leak. Had to add coolant. Then the steering got really loud. Had to add power steering fluid. Month later, a knocking sound started. We went to a different garage due to having to add all the fluids(because the invoice said they had been checked, but I doubted)They showed Mom the front ball joints had to be replaced. They confirmed there were leaks. Not saying this place is bad, but if they checked the things they said they did, why the problems? The fluids couldn't have gotten that low over a couple of weeks! The new mechanic said they def shouldn't have missed the ball joints being so bad while changing the tires....They said it was very dangerous-too dangerous to drive? Understand, we had NO issues with this vehicle. Again, not saying they are bad - just it's strange.Services: Tires
