I received great service from staff member Pal. She was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable in helping when I had problems paying with points. Car wash is good. Cleans and dries a Subaru Forester well.

Best car wash in town! I really like their updated car wash, winter and summer time. I particularly like this one as it gives you the option for touch and touchless wash right at the entry door.Service is pretty good and these guys would come out and help when needed, in the bay washes too. A comprehensive service center.

Paid full price for full car wash here and got a wet car. I assumed that I must have mistakenly clicked the touch less option, so I paid to do it again. I went through a second time with my car but it turns out the car wash is broken. Not even soap! I ended up with a wet car (the driers were not working either) and almost a $30 charge in my bank account. You can see below that my car is still dirty. I went to the counter inside to ask for a refund on the second wash (because it was pointless) but I was not given a refund either.

Worst car wash in town. Have used it fairly consistently with moderate issues, however I bought the full wash today which didn’t use any kind of soap, the water didn’t take dirt off my vehicle and the tracks sped me through the whole thing. Sat at the dryer before they turned on for a solid minute, then they didn’t dry off my car at all. I went inside to express that the wash didn’t work properly, and asked if i could go through it again in hopes that it would do what I paid for. The clerk came out and said “it looks clean” and suggest i purchase the deluxe wash for another $15. I politely declined simply asking if I could go through it again as it did not work the first time, was told no.I fill up here every week, car wash every other week — they’ve lost a customer after this experience. The clerk was rude and completely dismissive, after a simple request. Take your business elsewhere.

The manual car wash is not timed properly. I was there this evening to wash my car and inserted my $3 for my 5 minutes of car washing (as stated on the red sign). After my first round didn't get everything I wanted done, I decided to put in another $3 to finish the job. I also decided to time the wash as the first one didn't "seem" 5 minutes long. To my surprise, the machine turned off after 3:30 of wash time. I mentioned this to the gentlemen working, and he said he would leave a note for the manager. I will follow up tomorrow, but I would think this is fraudulent if I am right. Beware if you usually go here!!!

I have received excellent service at this gas station in Orangeville, the staff is always, friendly and courteous. I would also like to thank Employee Raman Who is always willing to help with a big smile, We thank you for your amazing attitude and great customer service!!!

This is the worst car wash in town. Does not even use any kind of soap pressure is terrible and does not dry your car. Do not bring any of your vehicles through this as the brushes chip paint and scratches your car owner does not want to take responsibility. Absolutely disgusting service.

This gas station is amazing as are all the employees. It’s the only one I attend as I get a family experience there!! The staff are incredible. I’m talking to you, Kat, Ernie, Charon!! Your all amazing
