I needed a tow truck today and called the first company which was a literal nightmare. I called A1, and they answered the phone after two rings, were calm, and also very patient with me. The gentleman who I spoke to came to take a look at my predicament and his state of the art equipment quickly did the job. Again, on site, he was calm and very friendly. I would like to thank this tow truck service in Orangeville and would gladly recommend it to anyone in need of quick, friendly service at a reasonable price. Thanks again!

this place damaged my car . they are very very ignorant and disrespectful. I wouldn't use these guys ever again and suggest that if you care about your car or truck you don't trust them . I did and I regret it ever since. so beware of this shady place

Extremely Unprofessional Service . I would not called it a service . Fraudster over charge you for towing and parking if incase ur vehicle is impounded . Avoid it all instances .

Title: Unprofessional and Racist Towing Company - Avoid at All Costs!Firstly, when I called their customer service line to request assistance, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. The representative on the phone seemed disinterested in my situation and provided minimal information. It was clear that they had no intention of giving any genuine assistance.To make matters worse, when the tow truck finally arrived, the driver's behavior was utterly appalling. He made derogatory comments using racial slurs that were entirely uncalled for. This level of unprofessionalism and racism is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by any company.I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company’s unprofessionalism, lack of assistance, and racist behavior make them unworthy of anyone's business. There are plenty of other towing companies out there that prioritize customer service and treat their clients with respect. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs!

This guy had angry issues and was racist. He curses and is very unprofessional. Will not help you in a time of distress. Never again using this company rather call anyone else

Rob was wonderful! The girls and I were stranded at the side of the highway with a blown water hose. Rob took us with him as he towed my car to my mechanic. Then knowing we were stranded on a Sunday afternoon proceeded to drive us home. All of this more than an hour's worth of driving (one-way) away from the Tow company's home base! Fun drive too, the girls couldn't stop laughing!Services: Car towing
