Small strip plaza with a few stores, e.g. convenience, small indian craft boutique things, smokes @ $12 a bag, golf store. There is also full service gas which is relatively inexpensive if you have a band card, otherwise add 10 cents a litre or so - it varies.

Price on the overhead sign said 134.9 and included with that price group on GasBuddy but when I asked what she charged me, she said 139. (Probably 138.9 )

Clean grounds and a good parking lot. Also, staff at the full serve gas station and in the store are quite friendly.
