It was great interacting with Jeff. Dealership recommended a bunch of unnecessary expensive services. Jeff assured us that these were not required at this time.
This is by far the most honest shop I have ever come across!! Will be bringing all my vehicles for regular maintenance at Youngs!!

Happy to ditch my toyota dealer for this honest and professional team! The dealer is a complete rip off, while these guys provide just as great of service (even with a shuttle/taxi home), nice rest area etc., but they don’t push on you stuff you don’t need and are so much more reasonably priced. Took my 4runner here today and plan to take my other two cars here to service/and any repair next!

I've been looking for a mechanic closer to home and think I've found them. Super friendly service and very honest. Showed them the recommendation for a rear brake job from my previous mechanic. Upon inspection Youngs Automotive stated there was no need to do brakes now. I appreciate a business that looks out for their customers. Thanks.

We purchased an electric motorcycle from this location on June 28th from an employee there named Mav. The bike began malfunctioning minutes after leaving, we’ve sent many messages to his personal profile unfortunately he has not bothered to respond. We are out thousands of dollars due to this sketchy sale and no communication we have been left with no other option but to post this review in hopes Mav will contact us.

we had a fast service but we didn't receive a proper service , after reporting a flat tire ,we have been promised the tire will be fixed., after spending almost $40 we had to take the car again to another shop to be fixed. disappointing after waiting and spending nothing was fixed .

Late Friday afternoon, I needed two new rear tires -- constant slow leak in one, two previous plugs from a different shop and a 2.5" screw in the other (also two lug nuts had fallen off). Jeff made a call and had the pair delivered. The awesome crew explained a few things to me regarding corrosion and re-torquing wheels after a tire change/repair.
They cleaned up the wheel areas, installed the new tires, and I was on my merry way.
Very thankful for your help and insight especially being so close to closing time on a Friday.

Friendly staff. Came in to get a safety certificate for my car and they were able to get me in same day. The day after though I noticed a very small leak on my driveway and decided to take it into another shop. It was an oil leak coming from the drain plug.
Im not sure how they missed that when performing the safety but they did, and im pretty sure that would not have just suddenly happened within the 12 or so hours that I got my car back and then noticed the leak.
Today I also decided to make sure they tightened all my lug nuts properly and lo and behold, the 2 wheels on the right side of my car were not torqued.

Seems like the owner is a pretty genuine guy. I got winters here and the team warned me of a few problems with my suspension. The owner was willing to talk me through it and suggest the proper parts for me to do it on my own time. Great business, would recommend.
