“Went to this store for the first time today. Was pleasantly surprised by their shoe selection. I got a pair of Miz Mooz pewter sandals, and ladies it's the perfect comfy and dressy sandal. Also picked up the white leather UGG sneakers, its so comfy! They have a great selection of clothing too. The ladies working there were so warm and welcoming. Excellent customer service!! The staff stands out for being genuinely friendly and helpful without being pushy. They seem knowledgeable about the products and are happy to help you find the right fit or suggest items based on your activities. The store itself is well-organized and clean, making it easy to browse.
However, the prices are quite steep, even by athletic wear standards. While the quality is generally good, it's hard to justify the cost for many items when there are comparable alternatives available at much lower price points. You're definitely paying a premium for the brand name.
If budget isn't a concern and you're loyal to the brand, this location offers a pleasant shopping experience. But for value-conscious shoppers, the high prices significantly impact the overall value proposition.”
