Pros:Shelly, Shelly, Shelly..!She's is incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable.She's the main reason that I shop there...Cons:Answering phone calls in a timely manner should be addressed by management.Advise: "DO NOT" stay on hold when you call, unless you have the whole day.

I advise anyone NOT to purchase anything from their online platform. Wellwise return policy is the worst. They do not allow you to return your purchased item to one of their stores for a size exchange but rather it has to be shipped back and then re-purchased again. It is too complicated and so inconvenient for their customers.1- They won't honor the initial promotion sale price.2- If coverage insurance already paid for it, it becomes tricky to return it and go through the hassle of transactions.There is no logic behind the inability to return the item to their store for a size exchange especially if the item is not used and still on the original sealed packaging.Buying from their stores directly is in my opinion much better to avoid the trouble of dealing with the insurance.I contacted them by email to look into this and no response either which proves to me that their customer service is as bad!!

My husband and I just had the most wonderful experience at the Speers Rd Wellwise location. Shelley was so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She directed us to exactly what we were looking for and made us aware of our options for certain items. We have been into the Burlington location twice and received very little customer service. Shelley took note of my husbands height and was knowledgeable enough and kind enough to tell us that the raised seat they sold would be too high for him. She has now ordered a rental for us that will accommodate his needs. For all our future Wellwise needs we will be making the drive to Oakville to have Shelley assist us. Thank you Shelley, your kindness and helpfulness made our day.

I am posting this message to express my extreme gratitude and appreciation for all of the employees at Wellwise on Speers Road in Oakville. The friendliness and attention received is truly appreciated; of particular mention are Marion, Shelly and Dan. Given that my dealings have predominantly been with them concerning my needs and requirements, their patience, politeness and understanding is truly welcomed in helping to make the appropriate decision to meet my needs. Kindness, caring and compassion are valuable attributes when dealing with my health needs. I truly thank them for their help.

Wow! Stellar service from Marion and Shelley relating to my father‘s Nexus walker. We bought the walker some months back but while in the States, the brake on his buggy broke. The distributor in the states was not helpful so when my dad came up to visit, Wellwise on Speers was amazing in getting the buggy fixed.Customer service and product knowledge are the best here. Thank you!

After so long I have encountered great customer service! I can’t help myself, but to call out DAN FOR HIS EXCELLENT AND INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! I hope the manager reads this. He is truly a keeper and helped me with what I needed promptly and answered all my questions with ease. I’ve noticed many places have dropped in customer service, but this team was great! While shopping, I was able to hear Dan’s other co-worker also giving great customer service to her customers. Great environment! Thank you Dan!

I purchased a Biosone Overbed Table for my mother at a cost of $180.00 (including tax). The local location in Brampton did not have any in stock. The people were very polite and helpful at the store, that is the only reason I am giving the situation 3 stars. After driving back to Brampton, I went to assemble the table and found that there was absolutely no hardware in the box, one of the wheels was broken and one of the holes for a wheel was completely stripped. I called the store and spoke to Shelly. She told me that this had never happened before and all she could do was have me come back and purchase another table. Due to the Covid 19, they were not accepting any returns at the moment so that would mean a third trip to Oakville to get my refund. Not good enough, sorry. I had to take the base to a mechanic shop to rethread the wheel hole and they also had the hardware that I could purchase. This was my first purchase from Wellwise. Purchaser: Cathy A.
