Horrible customer service. The chubby girl at the counter, don’t know her name is a nut head .. makes the weirdest comments. She shouldn’t have the job. She commented how expensive my shopping bill was .. I was like .. what? Disgusted by the girl.

I would agree with other reviews that the customer service there is lacking and maybe even awkward? I would almost expect this from younger employees (I've been there)but from grown adults? Strange. Also the selection is bad too-- a very small handful of long sleeved tops? It's fall..where are the fall clothes?! Boys section is well stocked though. All the other locations are stocked nicely, Oakville place never really seems to hit the mark.

One of the worst experiences at a store. Josephine asks way too many questions, felt invasive, why does she need to know what I bought at other stores?? So unprofessional... I decided to give this store one more try and witnessed her being condescending to her coworkers? I pray she is not a manager. It is disturbing to see such low moral in a person.

Good clothing at great prices, even better when there is a flash sale promotion. I love that they sell both girls and boys clothing, it makes shopping a lot easier.Great staff too!
