“Absolutely FIVE STAR service! Their staff member Bellal saved our butts last night when we were stuck on tight shoulder of QEW with a flat tire.After calling 2 different companies beforehand, one which sent a regular looking person (not in any form of work clothes) driving a regular car, who said he could not help, so drove off and left us stranded. Then another company asked me the most irrelevant questions before hanging up on me.THIS company were very professional and caring on the phone from the jump. Bellal arrived within 10min of initial contact and moved my car off highway and changed the tire for us, gave us great advice moving forward. Definitely call this place if you are in a bind within the Burlington and surrounding area! 10/10 professional service.”
“I wanted to wait a couple weeks before writing this review to make sure the problem wouldn't just return quickly after service. John was so great to deal with. I called, letting him know I had a few things i wanted to take care of on the body of the car (preventative measures) and that there was an immediate issue with my driver's side door. He said to come right in... He checked it out, quickly repaired the door in the parking lot, and when I asked what the cost was, he graciously offered a good faith gesture of a Google review and return business for the other repairs. I have a feeling the price for the other minor repairs will be reasonable and I'm happy to do business with Seneca again... I'll see you again soon, John!”
