Went in for a passport photo. The staff there was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Photo looks great and was done very efficiently! Store had alot of other services. Would recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at this UPS store! Jas went above and beyond to help me out. I was having trouble with some last-minute printing for an important presentation, and he not only got everything printed quickly but also helped adjust the formatting to make sure it looked professional. His attention to detail and friendly attitude really made the difference. The entire process was smooth, and I left feeling relieved and well-prepared. Highly recommend this location, and especially Jas for his excellent customer service!

I recently purchased a canvas print at this lovation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The print quality was fantastic, and the staff made the process so easy. They helped me choose the right size and made sure everything looked perfect before finalizing the order. The print turned out even better than I expected!
The service was quick, and the team was super friendly and professional throughout. I’ll definitely be using them again for future prints and other services. Highly recommend!

Let’s be clear that this rating was for this location at third line and upper middle and NOT for UPS as a whole! UPS did not provide the service we paid for leaving us to scramble and mess up our weekend plans by having to find a duplicate item and driving six plus hours total deliver the item ourselves. Then head office annoyed us further by agreeing they didn’t provide the service but making us wait “two weeks” to investigate what they already agreed was their error before they could refund us. After a month, this location, specifically one of its employees Sarthak, called me up and asked whether we had been given a refund. When I stated no, he said to come into the store and they would refund me, and they did. The way the staff at this location dealt with this messed up situation needs to be commended. Very few people keep their word anymore it seems, Sarthak guaranteed this would be dealt with fairly, he gave me his word and kept it. Head office should be ashamed at the way this was dealt with and this employee deserves a raise/promotion or both! Thanks again Sarthak!

Best passport photo service I’ve ever experienced. The staff were so knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Streamlined process because I could also ship the passport applications via courier with UPS. Fees were reasonable and service was very quick!
