I went there specifically for a parcel to be delivered overnight. I paid $53.xx as compared to less than half the price at post office. Next day, the package is not delivered and she tells me that it was her mistake to give wrong information. The package will be delivered in 2 days to NS. Extremely bad service.

I have been using UPS printing services for over 5 years. This store has amazing customer service, they are always helpful and accommodating ,even with short notice or rush printing! I highly recommend them! Sam is a pleasure to work with!

Sam was amazing and thorough and helpful. And every customer service representative should be like him! He totally changed my mind about UPS stores. I will now always choose UPS!
