This company misdelivered my package said they would retrieve it and never did. Has not done anythi g to help me at all two filmmaker trophies from our festival were habded to the wrong person. You should be ashamed of your terrible customer service.

Matt at the 1011 Upper Middle Rd store is awesome! Always very helpful and knowledgeable about the store's printing options, and always does a great job with the actual printing - our business has come to this UPS store consistently and he always does an amazing job with everything we get printed and laminated. The quality of the printing is also far superior to Staples, etc. who's employees always rush through the job with sub-par results. Thanks Matt!

I had a wonderful and speedy experience with an Amazon return at this UPS location. Mathew was so professional, friendly and helpful - was prepared for my questions and I was in and out of there in about 3 minutes. Go see Mathew for all your shipping needs and give that guy a raise! He represents your store well.

They took the money and then sent the digital photos the next day after me calling them thrice.
New edit: No sir our pictures were not taken right before closing. They were taken before 5pm and the store closes at 6:30pm. You can check the cctv footage if you want to. We were in a rush because our son had a class from 5:30-6:30. So no, he didn't take it "just" before closing, he had 1.5 hours to send it. I called twice in evening but no voicemail and no one called back the next morning. Then I called the third time the next morning when a lady responded and then she sent the digital pics about half an hour later.

Had a good experience from this location. I had left two pictures for the PLAK- IT service. There was some initial miscommunication as I wasn’t told the service was not done on site and they were only delivered on Monday afternoons. One of the pieces was for a retirement party on a Monday morning. The store manager (Hitesh) was able to get the pieces in earlier and did not charge me extra (the plaques also turned out well and were of good quality). Very appreciative of the service- thanks! Just a reminder to get your pieces in early especially if they are for a special event.
