Went to purchase beadboard all pieces bent, not useable, no help in this store not even from manager on duty. Would not order new pieces. Never will I visit this store again. Keep away.

The Caseta by Lutron light switches are under lock and key. The past three times I've been in to purchase these it has taken 20 minutes of standing around waiting until the staff gets organized and opens the case, even though the store is otherwise not very busy with customers. This is an unacceptable amount of time. I recommend using Amazon for purchases of this nature. Physical stores have to offer a better experience to compete in a category of small/easily shipped items. Home Depot has dropped the ball on this aspect of the store experience.

Worst customer service. I called them to know about rental tools. The same lady picked the phone 3 times and then put me on hold and didn't answer my question.

Im a regular customer. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. I was there this morning. I had to replace a smoke and CO2 detector. Antoine came over to ask if I needed help. An amazing young man. So helpful and knowledgeable. A great asset to this location. Thank you so much Antoine.

The usual experience of trying to find something. You don't always find someone for the assist as they are often busy. They have most things you might need or alternatives to do the same. I'm not a contractor so prices are high.
