I always buy my medicine from them because whenever I take my kids to the pediatric clinic , they are my second stop to get the prescriptions. But I do not think I’ll ever buy from them again . When I asked them if they are still open . The pharmacy literally yelled at me that . No we are close , not ever sorry we are closed , just No we are closed.

Amazing pharmacy, they always take the time to go over your prescription, and answer any questions you may have. They always go above and beyond for us. A special shout out to Paul, Shawn and Sally. Wonderful team.

Terrible customer experience. The staff are too busy talking amongst themselves about their weekend plans which as a result slows down prescription fulfilment.Today we received a prescription for my son which was just a puffer and was told it would take several hours to have it ready. We left and I got it within 5-10 minutes at my home pharmacy instead. I will not bother trying here again.

What a wonderful pharmacy with great professionals. Paul and Ivana are super individuals that will go the distance to help you.Also, Dr. Hasan Al- Obaidi is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is very knowledgeable in many areas and shares his expertise to make it understandable. He is very friendly with a great sense of humor. The best doctor ever.

TERRIBLE customer service. Do not recommend.I’ve had several bad experiences- Ive previously had my medications delivered to the wrong location and I had to go out of my way to find it at a neighbouring location. The driver should have cleared up the mistake as they were the ones that made the mistake. Instead the pharmacy called me and advised me to go pick it from a nearby building.-Delivery requests are always delayed by over a week due to required refills. Why is it taking that long to receive a refill? This is ridiculous

Very irresponsible pharmacy - I dropped my prescription off and was told I would be phoned the next day for an update and no one called. I had to go in person and inquire for an update and they hadn’t even gotten started yet so they told me to call the next day, but the phone number they gave me was not even in service.
