I had some significant damage to my Model Y performance, twice this year. Best decision I made was to bring my car to Tesla collision.On both occasions the team did not disappoint. Micah, Thomas, and David formed an excellent team providing top notch service.. Thomas, as the estimator, ensured a smooth process, while David, the skilled technician, did an outstanding job fixing my Model Y post a challenging black ice incident.Micah was a standout for her consistent updates and positive attitude throughout the process. Despite some insurance limitations, David and the team covered certain repairs, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.Their attention to detail extended to unexpected issues like odors from spoiled groceries, which they diligently addressed. Tesla Collision was one of my top choices for repair following an unfortunate incident. Brian and Micah were great, was kept regularly updated through the app when needed and most importantly when getting the car back it looked and smelled like new. Brian did a walk around and explained what was done. Shop worked their magic and you’d never know the damage was there. Thank you, highly recommend!

The entire team at the Tesla Collision center is amazing, especially during this difficult time after the accident. Brian is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He did an outstanding job and explained in details where and what's the extension of the damage. He is true Tesla embassador. The lady (Micah, sorry if I misspelled )in the front is amazing too. She answered my millions questions very patiently. Thank you all.

Incredible service and wonderful experience from this place. My Plaid got into an accident recently, luckily we came here and Brian Su guided us through the whole process, explaining everything with professionalism and immense patience, and his positive attitude brightens our day, its extremely important to us especially when we are going through such tough times with the unfortunate accident. The support from Brian and Micah is unmatched, absolutely love working with them under any circumstances, such amazing people.

My vehicle sustained some damage due to an accident. I usually don't have great experiences dealing with body shops because I'm a woman and often feel like I'mm being taken advantage of. However, I had a great experience with Brian Su. He took care of making sure that my vehicle was repaired efficiently, managed my expectations and kept his word to me at each step of the process. He communicated with my insurance and advocated for repairs that they did not want to cover on my behalf. I had to pick up my vehicle after office hours because I was not in the city and Brian went out of his way to make sure that it was seamless and even stayed after hours to accommodate me. I am happy with the results and I'm happy with Brian's level of professionalism. I can truly say that I received my expectation of what Tesla level service should be; and I can be a really difficult critic most of the time. Thanks Brian.Services: Tires

I had an amazing experience with Tesla Collision. Reception was always available and helpful and friendly when I called. I was greeted warmly on site and offered refreshments. They arranged pickup and drop off with the rental company. Brian Su did an excellent job setting expectations and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The car looks like it did when I first bought it. They did a great job detailing as well. I would highly recommend. Five stars.

Very great experience throughout the whole process. Especially thanks to Brian, from dropping off the car to picking it up fixed and DETAILED, he made the process an 11/10. Thanks to him he help plan the windshield repair around our trip for perfect pickup. I gotta say a big thanks to him. He definitely made the process much nicer and easier.

I had to take my Model Y in for a window replacement. Micah was absolutely amazing to deal with. She was very kind and caring. She got us in as quickly as possible in order to accommodate our work and travel schedules. Jackson was also great. He followed the appointment up with an email checking in to see that everything was done that we expected. The car was even returned freshly cleaned both inside and out. Thanks so much for the great service!

I brought my model 3 to have the windshield replaced, as got a couple of small but unrepairable stone chips.The attention, friendliness and professionalism from Jackson and Micah was outstanding.The only caveat was the new windshield was scratched, which I noticed once back home, so had to bring the car back to get it replaced again. Regardless, Jackson constantly made sure my car was repaired to my satisfaction.

Jackson and his team at the collision center took care of our model 3, which was involved in a minor accident on the right side fender and bumper.It's was super easy to deal with them since everything was thru the Tesla mobile app. I dropped of the vehicle and got it back in 1.5 weeks. Jackson was super friendly and professional to deal with. If you have a Tesla vehicle involved in a collision, you'll have to come here. All the other 3rd party affiliated collision centre with not have proper skill set to fix your Tesla vehicle properly....Services: Painting
