No issues when purchasing the suit. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. This review would be higher were it not for the fact that I was refused the “Alteration Program” gift card because the suit I purchased ($598.00… on sale mind you; the items themselves at original price would have made the purchase over $700) was TWO DOLLARS away from eligibility (so I was told by the staff member working when I returned to claim the promotion). Never mind the fact I was assured I would be eligible for the deal by staff when I purchased the suit (blazer, pants, etc). Feel a bit mislead/let down.
This review is a warning. I would not recommend purchasing here; again, not because of the staff, but because of the management/RW&CO administration straight up penny pinching customers who spent a lot of money purchasing their products, only to renegade on following through with their offers and “loyalty program.”

Just like another recent review, the younger girl at the cash and her manager were both extremely rude and dismissive and turned their back when talking to you. Left the store without purchasing and will not be returning to this location.

Very poor service from both the younger girl with dark hair and her manager with grey hair. Will never be returning to location as I have received much better service and respect from other locations. Very shocking and disappointing. Please learn better customer service.

Ordered some blazers for pick up, all worked well. Decided to return one of them. My wife said the person would not refund to paypal unless the card sitting in paypal account was present. Have never had to do that for paypal order before even at this very store. Now need to make a second trip.

I visited this store in oakville for returning a fall Jacket, they refused it saying it has to be returned in the home store. Such conditions are not mentioned neither on the receipt nor in their website.

I went in to inquire about their hiring sign advertised on their store front window and spoke with the alleged hiring manager. She disgustingly looked me up and down then rudely said they've completed their hiring and forgot to take the sign down. It's been a few months later and the sign is still up. It has also been showing online since then that they're hiring. I feel the manager's attitude and response was impolite and discriminatory.

I ordered cloths for over $350 and went to return one out of 6 items I had ordered.The manager mentioned that the trousers (Jen) have been worn and are not in sellable condition.It is a ‘cotton’ trouser and I tried them on at home to check the size which resulted in these lines (iron lines) which clearly the store manager and person at the counter isn’t aware of.Please hire people that are at least educated enough and not offensive and not corporate.I am going to return each and everything that I ordered from RW&Co this holiday season.
