Purchased a car from Rotana in Oakville and I am from Quebec. Service was excellent no complaints. Although the transaction has some complications when going cross provinces, Anas was very helpful and accommodating to help sort out the purchase post sale. Highly recommend !

Purchased a 2014 C350 from the dealership and it was a very easy and no hassle transaction. Rima was very efficient and allowed us to have the vehicle inspected by our mechanic and they did not create a fuss when the vehicle was with mechanic for over an hour. The inspection report came back with a few minor issues like wiper, oil change and cabin filters . Rima and Anas agreed to have it all resolved at no extra cost to us. I will definitely recommend the dealership and will gladly do business again
