I have been in the Rona store on Speers Road twice. The customer's service and just plain friendly service is excellent. I would recommend them anytime.

Four meetings , little selection , miss information ,not upfront on pricing ,must pay before work starts. Plumbing team never materialized . Lost 3 projects in one year . Could not provide hard copy.Total waist of time on very necessary work.No Good .

We were impressed by the exceptional cleanliness of this Rona store. Upon entering, a friendly man welcomed us and offered assistance. The cashier and yard staff were equally pleasant and helpful during check-out, providing outstanding customer service. It was a refreshing change to receive such warm and friendly treatment.

I just had a very pleasant experience at this location with the sales representative, Curtis. I had some plumbing issues in my kitchen sink, which I thought was a simple fix but turned out to be a more complicated job after talking to Curtis. He went out of his way to help me avoid potential major repair and it worked perfectly! I cannot thank you enough for going above and beyond, providing me with the genuinely caring service I have not experienced for a while.

I can't say enough about my recent experience at this Rona location. The professionals in the appliance section of this store helped me with some major appliance purchases. It was important for me, and Christine and Stuart (who helped me on two separate occasions) walked me through everything and made the experience effortless and seamless. It had been a long time since I experienced such dedication and care for customers. It reminded me of the good old days when buying from Sears meant getting one-on-one attention from a dedicated sales person who treated each customer with professionalism and care, and truly cared about his/her job. Kudos to the manager of this department, as well!

Grace was lovely and helped me find paint. I wish more employees were like her! Also went to the plant department and was helped by Fiona, who was super knowledgeable about greenery and was a big help for my backyard improvement project!

Great prices on outdoor furniture, I was very happy with my recent purchase of Muskoka chairs. Excellent customer service at this location, I was helped by Ayo on my last visit.. she was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Not all Ronas are built equal. This was a smaller Rona than I expected with no indoor garden area ie. Terra-cotta pots, plastic nusery pots etc. That being said it was clean and well organized. The employees I saw smiled and said hello, so nice and cheerful. Had supplies most contractors would seek out.

Several employees in this shop are extremely rude and condescending. Last week I went to this store to buy lumber, and I was directed to the VIPpro area. There was an old guy asked me several questions and tell me I need to give them purchase list so that I may visit their store. At last I still was allowed to go inside and obviously I was not welcome. Several days later, I went to this store again to the VIPpro area. I have several questions to ask, and a fat long hair guy seemed not seem me, although I standing in front of him for nearly 2 minutes, and our distance only five feet. I bursted out and ask “are you very busy?” He answered “yes, very”and still did not look at me and greet me. It seemed that they are only service some people and other customers are not welcome. This store is not worth it and I will not go to this store any more, and would also tell me bad experiences to my friends and public

This Rona always makes you feel at home as part of the family. The staff are very eager to help you with any of your needs and not only do they point you in the right direction, they will show you the way. They offer their expertise in helping you troubleshoot what ever issues you are having trouble with. The Oakville store is a bit nostalgic for me because I've been going there for the best part of 25 years. Long before many of the big stores available today. I will continue to shop there and I recommend you do too. Thanks for all the years.

He graciously fielded my myriad questions and concerns, ensuring that I felt confident in my decisions.
Moreover, during the contractual and payment process, Mr. Stuart provided invaluable professional advice. It was evident that the staff at Rona genuinely cared about meeting my needs and ensuring I received the best possible value for my investment.
