Not sure what’s going on here, but every time I come back it’s worse and worse. My last visit on a Thursday at around 1pm, you’d think there would be carts available inside for your customers to actually buy products from your store. I possibly could understand running out of carts on a weekend during peek hours … but on a Thursday mid day? I then had to walk back out to the middle of the parking lot to get one. On the way there a head of me I see your cart person slowly walking towards the cart corral eating a bag of chips and talking with his ear bud in. I take a cart and head back to the store, as I go through the doors I see a senior citizen using a cane. She is muttering and annoyed at the fact that there are no carts and she started to head out so she could slowly trek through your parking lot to get one. I gave her mine and went back out to get myself another one, where your employee was still hanging out… is this where they are to take breaks? Cause it doesn’t look good if that’s where they are to go.
Now shopping … I honestly felt like I just walked into a discount grocery store. The produce section, it was very hard to find decent fresh food as items were starting to go bad. I could only find 2 things decent enough to buy - bananas and celery, my other items on my list were either really poor quality or empty.
The meat section I wanted sausages but they all where to expire the next day and you where charging full price. I wasn’t making them that day so I couldn’t buy that either. I started to look at the frozen meats section and all I could smell was freezer burn coming from each section. The meat sections shelves and units do not look like they are cleaned very often, there were smears of old meat juices and hand prints. This turned me off from buying anything from meats.
I ended up leaving the store without buying anything since I couldn’t find 90% of my shopping list due to poor quality, expiring food and poor sanitation.

Produce is great, self check out area is unforgivable and you basically have to use is it due to not staffing real tills

Just watched a video where staff had to deal with a customer irate that they dare sell oranges from Israel.
Bravo to staff and police.

Check the expiry date of the product that you are purchasing! I bought an ice cream from this location and found out the hard way that it was expired 6 months ago. I had stomachache for 1-2 days.

The store does not keep the items where they belong. When customer picks up them and scan, until he
looks at the bill carefully, many a times they will end up paying more. If you ask cashier about it, they say customers need to read the label carefully.
The waiting time for cashier checkout is usually very long. Plan accordingly if you are not doing self checkout.

1 star, specific to the PC Express service. It is consistently slow and inefficient, with wait times beyond 20 minutes most times I use the service. It would be just as fast to go into the store to shop for the grocery items myself. I write this review at the 35 minute mark of waiting. Since I've been waiting, only 3 other cars have been serviced.

Excellent customer experience at the apparel department by Armando and a lovely elderly lady that has been working there for long time, their customer service is definitely wonderful and they are both always willing to help you with your needs, thank you, thank you for appreciating my business ????

Terrible store. No prices on lots of items, prices given by employees significantly cheaper than what the cashier has. The manager is arrogant when confronted. Indicated that prices were updated during my shopping...they did not do it earlier because they opened at 7!?

I've been shopping at this store since it opened. The past year there's been a RAPID DECLINE. Shelves have lots of empty boxes. It's Friday today and only two cashiers. Only PURCHASED 2 of 5 items that were on sale. Sold out?
Fresh Bread made daily was frozen.
We lined up to get a cashier. The aisle had empty boxes and groceries that I imagine people left and gave up.
So fed up. Just picked up a few items and shopped elsewhere.
Update! Just called number in reply left on hold for 8 minutes and then someone answered and was cut off.

I have been shopping at this location for 17 years plus and have seen it slide year after year. I went shopping Tuesday July 2 2024 and I have to say the store was a disaster. Produce section was a mess food on the floor and mashed in by peoples carts. And it had been there for a while. Lots of produce moldy, shelves empty, staff no where to be found and as usual only a few cashiers open. NOTE FOR MANAGER..... If you are going to charge a premium for your product at least provide a premium experience and service. I have no issue paying top dollar but I want top dollar quality and service. Sorry to say but after 17 years Super Store you have lost my business.

I recently ordered a cake and cupcakes from the bakery . The cake decorator Minal was able to carry out exactly what I envisioned with short notice. Definitely recommend their bakery and her services !

I wanted to say what an awesome experience we had with the bakery at Superstore. Mrinal is a cake decorator there and she did a fantastic job with my son’s pull apart cake. Mrinal called me the day before she made my cake to ask about the theme and how I wanted my cake. I was so impressed with the service and how nice the cake turned out.
