“With the reviews already posted, I was sceptical to go ahead with my appointment or not but was pleasantly surprised. I wanted a credit card and the branch helped me with it. I was welcomed into the branch and within a couple of minutes, the advisor invited me to her cabin. We discussed the card and then also discussed a bank account (eventually I took both). The advisor also helped me with other features of the account which i wanted to activate. She also for the final activity handed me over to the teller where i was able to continue the conversation without having to explain/repeat.
overall a pleasant and efficient experience at the branch.”

“I don't know why this place has such terrible reviews...
Honestly I had 0 issues with my concern and thay I was assisted with very warmly. Thanks Ahmed for being so kind and an awesome branch manager.
A lot of the problems I see here are the customers.
They come in already with a negative attitude about the problem they have and are properly being treated by the staff but the issue they have at hand isn't easy to fix I suppose so the time it takes to get their issue resolved makes them even more unsettled.
What makes it worse is that the details they are supposed to know and have ready at hand, they don't have it which makes it even more frustrating for both ends.
Overall it's a small branch with limited staff so getting there early and being ready with everything you need will definitely speed up the process.”

“I have been working with the bank teller Mansi at this branch for over 2 years. She has been helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient in our dealings. I had her to assist me with opening a new credit card, upgrading my credit card, obtaining a bank draft, making cash deposits, and making changes to my banking information. I am usually in and out under 20 minutes on most visits.”

“Tangerine Bank has no account fees. I find them very handy. I get my pay early and there online service is very simple to use. Great security also. I had fraudsters take money out and I was given every penny back. It took less than a week for the funds to be returned. Staff are kind and patient over the phone. There are times wait times are little longer than usual. : ) But if you call early or late you'll get through a lot quicker.”
