“Had a good experience from this location. I had left two pictures for the PLAK- IT service. There was some initial miscommunication as I wasn’t told the service was not done on site and they were only delivered on Monday afternoons. One of the pieces was for a retirement party on a Monday morning. The store manager (Hitesh) was able to get the pieces in earlier and did not charge me extra (the plaques also turned out well and were of good quality). Very appreciative of the service- thanks! Just a reminder to get your pieces in early especially if they are for a special event.”
