One of the worst restaurants I've been to probably ever. The worker on Thursday March 28, 2024 working the late evening shift is the reason for this. A lady went in to inquire about the store being open tomorrow for a holiday. He dismissed her question then went to make a pizza. She didn't get a response so she waited patiently until he was free. He keep pointing to the door, to me it would have taken him two seconds to say, "yes we are open normal business hours from x to y" or if he was that busy to day sorry I got a order I have to make I will be with you soon. It's these things that can make a break a business. I won't be going back simply for his horrible attitude. I suggest you take some time to go over this with him

One of the worst experiences I have had so far .first of all they are preparing everything with bare hands not even one of them were wearing gloves .veggies,base and everything they are touching with bare hands and adding to that they are touching POS with the same unwashed hands.secondly the guy who took our order was very much out of patience and not even giving time to add the toppings.we hardly took one minute to decide yet he was not patient enough

One of the most inefficient and least caring staff. Bunch of folks but no one there to help. In my case, I ordered pizza online and came for pickup. My pizza was ready but they made me wait for 15-20mins before someone could pick and hand it over to me. And it was not at all crowded.

This is our go to pizza spot for every now and then. The place is quiet and really nice to dine in. Best pizzapizza I can find in whole oakville. And the staff is really helpful and polite. Looking forward to have some more pizzas from this place.

Oh, what a masterpiece! The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside. It provided the ideal canvas for the generous toppings that adorned each slice. The tomato sauce was rich and flavorful, and the cheese was gooey and expertly melted.The service was exceptional – attentive without being intrusive. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. Our pizzas arrived promptly, hot from the oven, and our drinks were always topped up.

Ordered regular thin crust at this location.When I got home, disappointed with the quality of the pizza. It was dry, lacking of tomato sauce and cheese.I usually like Pizza Pizza but at this location, it tasted different. Not coming back here, I will go to usual Pizza Pizza location In used to.
