Pizza is very nice but the people who are taking phone orders and who are doing a delivery are just not paying enough attention. Almost always when I order a custom pizza I get something I did not order. The last example is: I ordered pizza with tin crust, extra mushrooms, extra cheese and black olives. I have my order with details on the receipt, but got the pizza with chicken and paprika with no mushrooms. Very disappointed.Only when I go in person and order pizza I get what I asked for.

I got the cheese pizza party sized for a birthday party. I added cheddar and it was amazing! On time, fresh and delicious. The price was pretty on point too. Got 2 pizzas.

This time we ordered close to closing time. Therefore, we ended up with pizza that was barely cooked! Very disappointed! ? The wings were tasty, but the pizza was rushed. Not happy!

Great experience at this location- very clean, pizza was perfect and the staff helpful and kind. We ate at another Pizza Nova location in Mississauga and our order was terrible - this location more than made up for it. Keep up the great work. We had a large pick up special pepperoni and red onion on half and half red onion and mushroom. Delicious!
Vegetarian options: Lots of great vegetarian options for toppings
Dietary restrictions: Make the pizza as you wish- great for vegetarians or those with other dietary restrictions or allergies
Parking: Very busy strip mall- More parking in the back
Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and wheelchair right at the front door - note very busy strip mall due to Monastery Bakery additional parking in the back

Amazing customer service and lovely employees. I’ve been coming here for years for lunch. I saw a previous review that mentioned some rude comments. Most employees at this store are POC and are extremely kind to ALL people. Many teenagers are rude to the staff, bring outside food, and try to do illegal activities. These owners and employees deserve so much more and I wish the local high school taught these teenagers better. Love you pizza Nova!

Most employees at this store are POC and are extremely kind to ALL people. Many teenagers are rude to the staff, bring outside food, and try to do illegal activities. My friends and I visited around lunchtime. We were simply minding our business while one of my friends was purchasing something, and one of the workers began violently yelling at us, telling her to leave and if she didn't comply he threatened to call the police. I believe this was very rude as my friends and I are extremely unproblematic and we are customers. My friend feels that It was racially motivated as she is a woman of colour. The only thing I cold imagine could bring such outrage in him was the fact we had food from somewhere else in our hands, but we weren't even eating it. I hope this problem can be fixed so no future altercations take place, and no one else has to feel like my friend did today.

Pizza Nova has always been our go to for many years and sadly this is our second bad experience.Two large pizzas with the first extremely dried out and tasted like “cardboard”Needless to say we will no longer will be customers at this chain.
