Great place to buy all sorts of amenities for pets including reptiles, amphibians, snakes and hamsters. This store also has a cat adoption service. Their wellbeing is given high priority.

Stopped in the store after getting a new puppy. Staff were great helping us pick out food and items to start him out in his new home. I believe it was Crystal that walked us around and helped us out. Great customer service!!

5 star for the grooming. They were wonderful with communication and updating me. A call may have been better than just the email though when my Mom's dog was ready as it goes to my "promotions" box for some reason even if I try to get the settings to go to my inbox. 1 star lost for check out. I waited 15 minutes from start to finish on check out. Longer than it took me to drive there. One lady in front of me was offered to get another item to get a coupon. Nice suggestion by the teller, but... customer asked to let me go before her, and the teller said she couldn't. 6 minutes to find her extra item. That customer and I had already waited at least 10 minutes. Other teller had a one piece again customer so moved to that one but she was busy discussing personal stuff with her customer so went back seeing the lady with the other one item who found her second for the coupon. Unbelievable. I will definitely pay online before picking up my next furry guest after his grooming next week so I don't have to experience this again. Nice people, but understand not everyone who shows up in the day is retired or without other obligations and has time to wait behind customers who want to discuss things or find extras for an extra coupon. Great suggestion, but be able to serve the next customer while the other goes on a hunt for the perfect treat. Again, amazing work by groomers. ?❤️. My suggestion to anyone who gets grooming? Accept the offer to pay online! ?

Booking appointments are super easy and with short notice I'm always able to find a slot same day or next day. Hair cut on my toy poodle is always top notch at a reasonable price. Very happy with Pet Smart for dog grooming!

You can't purchase live animals after 8 pm , but I guess it's too hard for them to list this anywhere. Will purchase fish from a better company ?

Great experience. Polite and helpful staff. I appreciate the tips offered by the staff and the low prices on some clearance items that I needed. I also appreciate their clear return policy.
I buy feed for my reptiles and I have adopted some pets at this branch. The staff remember my adoption amd ask me after our pets.

Called and booked an appointment on Aug 20th. Showed up at the booked appointment time sept 3rd, and I'm told that I dont have an appointment. There is nothing anywhere in the system that says I have an appointment.......
Great!! Safe to assume that after 10 minutes on the phone, trying to figure out a time that would work with my busy schedule and picking a day and time, she didn't even log it in the system. How hard can that be?

Worst experience of my life ever visiting PetSmart. I went in to grab fish for my tank around 8 pm and was browsing around looking for equipment for my tank until 8:32 pm. When I went up to the staff at 8:33 pm to ask them to take the fish out for me, the girl working there was extremely rude, telling me she couldn't help me after 8:30 pm. Apparently there is a rule where employees can't help take fish out after 8:30 pm even though no announcements were made on the PA system and there were no signs put up indicating this "rule". I drove over 20 minutes to get here and all of that was wasted because of their lack of proper communication with customers. In addition to the girl working in the fish tank section, I spoke to the cashier as well as the closing manager who were both unhelpful. This was also when the store was almost completely empty. If I could give a 0/5, I would.
