this store is always so clean and organized, the staff are great, and the selection is awesome. super cute birdies, lizards, fish, and an adoption cat, all clearly well taken care of! :)

Friendly staff. Everything well marked and found what I needed. Their baskets at the door are really gross they are fabric and look like they can't be cleaned most of them had things spilled on them and were stained? Bring back the regular baskets pls.

Great service. Polite and friendly staff @ Dorval crossing branch only. Clean dog wash. Goggles is always happy with a good wash and dryer works excellent to dry his fur especially when it’s snowing outside.
