The owners are incredibly kind. We typically buy dog food and toys here as both the selection and prices are terrific! In particular, I find the Kong toys to be less expensive than any other store in the area.

I am Eddie’s grandma and we LOVE taking walks to this welcoming and hard-working family-run Oakville pet store where we always get expert advise, well-stocked quality pet food, accessories and amazing small town friendly service! It feels good to support this local Kerr Village business!

The experience here is always above and beyond. The selection is large and I have lots of options even with two cats that have dietary restrictions. She asked if I was going to continue buying the one specific cat food I've been routinely buying lately so she could make sure they kept it in stock for me. Today I had to send my partner to get cat food and she recognized him from the times he's gone in with me and made sure he was getting the right kind as there's two very similar bags. You can tell they really care about customer satisfaction and they make an effort to remember return customers.

I love this pet store!!!!! Such a great selection of products for dogs and cats! I mentioned that I also have small pets, and the store owner went and ordered small pet supplies! She went above and beyond to help a customer! Best service I have ever had at a pet store! This is my absolute favourite pet store! Highly recommend!

Beautiful new clean store with the friendliest staff! The woman we always see at the store is super inviting of our puppy and extremely knowledgeable ! The prices and selection are all terrific and the fresh raw food looks amazing.
