Hands down, the absolute best paint store I have every visited. As a professional painter, I have visited lots of paint stores across the GTA and PaintScapes West is consistently the best. We have been shopping here for about 3-4 years now and I can easily say that both Derek and Lindsay are phenomenal. They know the products inside and out, they are attentive, they are patient, never pushy, casual, and above all else, they make the absolute best paint matches we have ever seen.

Staff was very very knowledgeable!! Highly recommend. You might think it's just paint, but man do they know paint. Sold me the right primer, paint and rollers to get the job done, will definitely be back.

This is a great spot for getting all your paint, painting supplies, and wallpaper.staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.Great place to go to get ideas too!

Great experience at this store. The BM near my house was supposed to be open but it wasn't. No sign or anything. I called this one and they picked up immediately. Went over and picked up the paint. The man at the store was very friendly and experienced. I had a great experience with this location.

Ordered Maibach wood siding matching stain.Color wasn't even close .when I expressed my disappointment with the service received, the seller informed that it was the best they could do and i could ether buy failed attempt or ore gie elsewhere. I felt like an unwanted client

If you need paint, this is the place to go! The customer service is amazing and they have all of the essentials at a competitive price versus the big box stores. We bought $500+ worth of paint and supplies, and we will definitely be going back for more. This isn't the closest Benjamin Moore store for me, but the customer service is was what is making me go back.

Very rude and unhelpful person in service ( men). I needed sample of paint and heard that it takes him too long ( over an hour) do it for me the color I wanted. It should be the shade he choose ...... wanted to charge me 38$ for little sample because” it wasn’t worth it to waste his time “..The same service I got at Home Depot for 5.95 with nice smile ?.Too bad now HD paint department is under lock down .
