My wife and I purchased a 2015 Fiat 500 Sport from Oakville Auto Sales and I have to say this was a wonderful experience. We had been shopping around for Fiat for several weeks and many of the people we met with were not sincere or overly aggressive.Mike at Oakville Auto Sales treated us well from the first moment we met him. The car we came to see and eventually purchase was exactly as advertised. He was easy to deal with and all the extra items we requested were done correctly and with quality.Thank you Mike for the excellent service and experience.

Terrible experience. We called in advance of arriving letting Mike know that we will be arriving to check out a specific vehicle. Upon arrival, there was no one there. Another customer arrived after us, we then found Mike outside at the side of the building - asked to go for a test drive on the vehicle we called and inquired about. He told us it would be an hour wait because he had to move 2 cars to get to the one we came for and he told us he had another customer - who came AFTER we did. He was very disrespectful, had no consideration for the time we spent 1) travelling to the dealership 2) waiting around before we found him and THEN 3) telling us to wait 1 hour to go on a test drive. Unbelievable to the say the least. We ended up going to another dealership on the same street who we will likely be doing business with.

I would recommend Oakville Auto Sales any day for their ability to get you the car you need at a good price. I was in need of a family car when my BMW broke down and every car dealer I went to was giving me reasons why i couldn't get what I wanted in a short time. Someone referred me to Oakville Autos and I got my car the next day. Professional salesmanship any day.

My first experience today at ARAK Auto to service my Audi A6 sedan, was one that I scale to be the most qualifying on all aspects.Arak received the car with a welcome and invited me to their 5 star customer guest lounge while the car was undergoing service. From the first minute, Arak service company took total responsibility to ensure providing me full satisfaction.In car service, generally snags pop up, but at ARAK, never late to prompt for expeditious and cost effective measures to fetch the most adequate fit for purpose service, they acted immediately to fetch the additional parts to complement the service work job at no extra cost.I can see that the owners of this business get their satisfaction from fully pleasing their customers at minimum costRecommend? Yes, I do with 5 stars.

I would to thank Mike for the amazing service. He was very honest and helpful with the purchase. Also fast in processing everything. The professionalism is top notch. I think we process the paperwork for 30 mins and the next 30 mins was talking about car and maintenance advice and other life experiences. Thank you again mike and I will see you for our second car maybe in October or November.
