I’ve been a volunteer here for almost six years and love every chance I get to step into the shelter. The staff care an unbelievable amount for the animals!

It’s been a week since we adopted Nori (previously Meryl) and it’s the best decision we've ever made! She’s better than I could’ve imagined, and fits into our family perfectly. I’m so thankful for the staff at OMHS, they were so kind, helpful and obviously love what they do.

I love how this place runs! The people working there are just beautiful people inside and out! Very clean and organized. They found my run away cat and with his micro chip located me and we were reunited. They offer kid programs during the summer and things like princess parties throughout the year.
